Please complete the form below to initiate your 30-day free trial. Following the trial period, ongoing access to YouthCHAT requires a subscription. You can choose between two billing options:

Annual Plan: NZD $150 per clinic (equivalent to $12.50 per month), billed once at the end of the annual cycle.
Monthly Plan: NZD $19 per clinic, billed monthly.

You have the option to pay via credit card or request an invoice, which will be prepared and dispatched by a YouthCHAT administrator.

Please be aware that integration with patient management systems (PMS) such as MedTech or Indici requires an additional subscription, and that prices are excluding GST.
